Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us by email with your order number. You then have 14 days to send the item back. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using your original payment method. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Return requests

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible orders.

To request a return, contact us using the email shown in the Contact information section before sending anything. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm whether the order is eligible and provide the return instructions.

Please do not send anything back before receiving our instructions.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, together with proof of purchase.

Damaged or defective orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing problem, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue. In this case we cover the return shipping costs.
